I’m not sure why I ended up on this trail. I was not lost, but had never been here before, I walked with a clarity and a confidence of someone who had walked it 100 times, fully knowing I could end up as a search and rescue case. This was the moment I knew I was not lost, proof of civilization.
Today I am grateful for many things. For my own resilience, for my curiosity paired with caution and my fascinatingly good sense of direction.
Today I delivered prayers and listened to messages and followed cats through the forest.
As I was in silence most of my journey, I was inspired to write, there are passages flowing through my mind and stories being written from my heart. I can’t wait to share.
