Yogi Bhajan often incorporated dance in his Kundalini Yoga classes and taught us that dance was great for the glandular system, nervous system, circulation, brain hemisphere balance and overall health! It can also be interactive and playful making it a joyful connected community experience. Whether you need to shake off stress or need a reminder not to take life too seriously, Kundalini Dance is sure to leave you feeling joyful and sweaty!

So much happening with the Yoga Tree of Boise Foundation! (1) We are currently accepting scholarship applications for folks who are curious about practicing. Head out to our website and apply! Select the Yoga Tree for your place to practice! We'd love to have you! Also, it's our last fundraiser of 2024. Several cool items to bid on in our online auction! It is our goal to raise $10,000 in order to receive a matching donation. Find something you like or give directly to the Foundation and receive your tax write-off!

Namaste yogi friends! Our sister Yoga Tree of Boise Foundation is now accepting applications for our Fall quarter (Oct. - Dec.). Please share far and wide and let's yoga together! Application deadline is September 24th. Let's invite more friends into our community and share our love for yoga!

Registration Now Open!

Great news! This fall, we're all about cultivating commUNITY and spreading the word about the benefits of yoga. Starting October 1st, 2024, we're offering 60 Yoga Scholarships, extending our reach and impact to our diverse community.

From August 20th to September 24th we are accepting applications for our Fall Quarter Yoga Scholarship program. Apply to participate in one yoga class per week (12 total) from October 1st to December 31st at one of our partnering community studios. Whether you’re just starting out or continuing your path, we encourage you to apply.

How to Apply:

Fill out the simple application form.
Deadline to submit applications is Sept 24, 2024.
