As we move through these darker months, our studio is opening its doors a little wider with a special Wellness Market this weekend—a gathering designed to bring light, warmth, and community to the season.

This is a chance to come together, meet new friends, share heart‑warming practices, discover local makers, and reconnect with the spark that already lives in all of us.

At the core of our studio is a commitment to belonging, shared wisdom, and nurturing one another, and this market is an extension of that intention.
We’d love for you to join us, warm your spirit, and celebrate the power of community and joy.

Everyone is welcome, this is not about "yoga" this is about connection. The first 50 attendees will receive gift bags. There are over 20 booths of goodies. We will be raffling prizes and there is - no purchase necessary- only participation. Make & Takes, Services, Snacks, Beverages, and more.
