Join us for our FREE Women’s Athletic Clothing Swap at Fit & Function Therapy Solutions!

Bring lightly used athletic clothing or gear you no longer use… and shop items brought by others in the community.

No requirement to bring anything to attend. Just come shop, hang out, and bring a friend.

All women are welcome!

The providers of will be there doing what they do best- helping support the women of the Treasure Valley. 🥰

Any remaining items will be donated to a local women’s shelter.

I was an avid runner for years until an injury sidelined me about 12 years ago. I tried cortisone shots and two rounds of physical therapy, and while they managed my day-to-day pain, I still couldn't run more than a mile or two without hurting. I saw a Fit & Function ad on Facebook and decided to give it one more shot.I worked with Maria Leibler for about six months. Within a couple of months I was running a 5K pain-free. I picked up a little runner's knee along the way, but worked through it with her help. More importantly, Maria taught me how to tell the difference between pain I can push through and pain that means I need to adjust, something no one had ever explained to me before.I hadn't been able to run for over a decade and honestly never thought I would again. I'm so glad I found this team. I'd 100% recommend giving them a try!

Rehab isn’t finished just because the body is doing better.

You also need to ✨trust✨your body to move again. And that has everything to do with your mind.

We see this with our patients all the time: race nerves, fear of re-injury, and loss of confidence after time off.

The mental side of returning to sport is a huge part of moving forward.

I had a great experience at Fit and Function this morning. Right off the bat, you can tell they are not just interested in putting a Band-Aid on your problem and temporarily eliminating symptoms. Pelvic floor symptoms during running or lifting are much more common than people think.

Leakage, heaviness, pressure, or discomfort during workouts often get written off as “normal”… but they’re usually signs the system needs better load management and support.

That’s exactly what we’ll be covering in our upcoming free workshop.

I had a great experience working with Ben! We were able to make some solid progress on a few issues I was having and he was very helpful pinpointing exercises to help! We had great conversations about race training building as well. I definitely would recommend Fit and Function to any other runners/cyclists.
