A couple of days at the IIBHN Conference 🤝

Connecting with people all working toward the same goal. Better, more connected behavioral health care.

These conversations always hit different. Not just ideas, but real challenges from providers, schools, and community partners who are in it every day.

We were there sharing how BPA Health supports that work through Wraparound and the Recovery Coach Training Academy

Wraparound continues to stand out. When systems feel fragmented, families feel it most. Bringing the right people to the same table is where things start to shift.

And RCTA is about building the workforce to meet the need. Training people to show up with the skills and confidence to make a real impact.

Grateful for the conversations and the people behind this work.

If you’re looking to support youth and families, or want to learn more, let’s connect.

We spent last Thursday at the 2026 Idaho Prevention and Support Conference up in Sun Valley, alongside so many people doing important work across Idaho. It’s always a strong reminder of how much this community shows up for kids and families.

For us, the focus was simple: talking about Wraparound.

Wraparound is one of those programs that makes the most sense once you see it in action. It’s not another service layered on top. It’s coordination, connection, and consistency when things feel anything but that.

A few things we kept coming back to in conversations:
It’s free for families and available across Idaho, with immediate openings right now
Each family works with a dedicated Care Coordinator who helps bring the right people to the table
The goal is practical and real: helping a child succeed at home, in school, and in the community

What stood out most was how aligned everyone is. Educators, providers, and community partners are all working toward the same thing: creating safer, more supportive environments for Idaho’s youth.

And the common theme? Families don’t need more complexity. They need someone to help connect the dots.

That’s exactly where Wraparound fits.

We’ve been proud supporters of this conference for a few years now, and it continues to be one of the best spaces to have these conversations.

Also, a big shoutout to Mindy OldenKamp, who was there representing Wraparound. She’s your go-to if you want to learn more, get connected, or have resources at your fingertips to start supporting families you know.

If you stopped by to connect, we appreciate you. If not, and you’re working with youth or families who could use this kind of support, let’s talk.

We’re at the NABIP State Symposium today, talking with brokers about something that shouldn’t be complicated, but often is.

An EAP only works if people actually use it.

A lot of programs look good on paper, but getting connected to real help can feel like a process. That’s the gap we focus on. When someone reaches out, they talk to a real person right away. They get matched with the right provider quickly. And if what they need goes beyond counseling, there are resources there for that too.

It’s not about adding another benefit. It’s about making sure the one you already offer actually delivers when someone needs it.

If you’re here, come say hi and connect with Julie Triepke. Happy to walk through how BPA Health fits into your clients’ benefit strategy without overcomplicating it.

We’ve been doing this for over 50 years, and the focus is still the same. Helping people thrive by enhancing mental well-being.

Most EAPs check the box.
We built ours to actually show up.

We’re out at HRATV: Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley today, talking about what support should look like when it’s done right:

• Real people answering the phone. Every time.
• White-glove account management that doesn’t disappear after onboarding
• A network of 36,000+ counselors, plus flexible virtual options
• Legal and financial consultations, and well-being resources that go beyond counseling

Because “we offer an EAP” shouldn’t be the end of the story. It should be the starting point.

If you’re here, come find us. Grab some swag, say hi, and enter to win a Pendleton throw blanket.

Let’s talk about what real support looks like.

Employees notice more than we think.

They notice when benefits feel transactional.
And they notice when leadership invests in meaningful support.

Offering a well-supported EAP sends a clear message:
“We care about you as a whole person.”

In today’s workforce, that signal carries weight.
It influences culture, retention, and trust.

With over 50 years of experience helping people thrive by enhancing mental well-being, BPA Health brings depth, stability, and intention to the organizations we serve.

If you’re reviewing benefits this season and want to strengthen the message behind them, reach out, or connect us with your broker so we can align on the right approach.

HR teams carry enough.

The last thing you need is to follow up repeatedly for reports, answers, or basic support.

White-glove account management at BPA Health means proactive communication, regular check-ins, utilization insights, and hands-on collaboration.

You shouldn’t have to manage your EAP.
Your EAP should help support your strategy.

If you’re looking for an EAP partner that stays close to HR, not just at renewal, reach out to our team. We’ll share what ongoing support looks like month to month.

Not all provider networks are built the same.

Choice matters.
Fit matters.
Specialty access matters.

BPA Health offers access to Idaho’s largest behavioral health provider network, giving employees the ability to filter by specialty, preferences, and availability.

When someone connects with a provider who truly fits, they’re more likely to stay engaged in care.

And sustained care makes a meaningful difference for individuals and workplaces alike.

If provider access and fit are priorities for your organization, connect with us. We’ll show you how our nationwide network supports choice, specialties, and faster connections to care.

Sometimes what weighs on employees isn’t just about therapy.

It could be a legal question they’re unsure how to navigate.
Maybe financial stress that follows them into the workday or uncertainty about a major life decision.

Mental well-being and practical life stress are closely connected.

That’s why BPA Health’s EAP includes legal and financial consultation resources alongside counseling support.

When practical burdens are lighter, people show up clearer and more focused.

Curious what’s included in these legal and financial consultation resources, and how HR teams typically communicate them? We'd love to share a simple overview you can use internally.

An EAP only works if employees trust it enough to use it.

Trust doesn’t come from a brochure.
It comes from experience.

When someone calls and a real person answers.
When they’re guided instead of transferred.
When the process feels simple, not clinical or cold.

At BPA Health, our live-answer Service Navigation team helps employees connect to the right support quickly and thoughtfully.

Because the goal isn’t just to offer a benefit.
It’s to make sure people feel comfortable using it.

If you want to understand what “live-answer” actually feels like for employees,
call us— (800) 726-0003. We’ll walk you through the member experience from first call to connection.

An EAP shouldn’t be something HR sets up and hopes for the best.

BPA Health partners closely with HR teams through white-glove account management and interactive trainings for leaders and employees. We adapt as your organization grows and your needs evolve.

Offering an EAP is a signal.
It tells employees, “You matter here.”

For more than 50 years, BPA Health has partnered with organizations to strengthen workforce well-being and deliver dependable mental health support.

If you’re currently working with a broker on your benefits strategy, invite us to connect with them and start the conversation.

🌼 We’re back at the ISIP Annual Conference 🌼

Proud to sponsor and attend the Idaho Adlerian Conference hosted by the Idaho Society of Individual Psychology. It’s always great to connect with counselors and clinicians who are strengthening Idaho families and communities.

We’re talking with providers about joining Idaho’s largest behavioral health provider network through BPA Health and sharing that Wraparound Intensive Services has immediate openings for youth referrals.

Stop by our booth to connect. And grab a packet of Idaho wildflower seeds labeled “Seeds of Gratitude.” Strong communities grow when they’re nurtured. 🌻

When mental and behavioral health needs go unmet, they show up at work.

They show up as absenteeism.
They show up as burnout.
They show up as turnover and disengagement.

HR leaders see this firsthand.

That’s why BPA Health takes a holistic approach to mental and behavioral health, helping employees and families care for themselves before stress
becomes something bigger.

Start building a healthier, more resilient workplace. If you’re seeing stress show up at work, reach out to our team to talk through solutions designed for real workplace needs.
