Walking through this sacred Inkan city high in the Andes recharged me on every level — body, mind, and spirit. The ancient stones hold stories. The mountains speak in silence. The energy here is alive, wise, and deeply healing.

Being in this powerful place reminded me how intelligent and generous nature truly is. She heals, realigns, and reawakens when we slow down enough to listen. I left feeling more grounded, more clear, and more connected to my path as a healer and guide.

Living la dolce vita in Monte Carlo, Italy 🇮🇹✨
From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the elegance of the architecture — timeless buildings adorned with intricate details, steeped in history and charm. Every alleyway told a story, every archway felt like a portal to another era.

And don’t even get me started on the food… Fresh pastas, and most divine affogatos I’ve ever tasted — espresso poured over creamy gelato, aka heaven in a cup ☕🍨
