Zen Riot We are a community Yoga studio in the heart of the Bench neighborhood of Boise. We are a small Yoga Studio shaking up our community!

In addition to rioting in the streets for change, we hope you will come to our studio and build a foundation of love, peace and acceptance within yourself that you will take home and share with your friends, family and neighbors. We love our Bench Neighborhood Boise Yoga Studio and aim to create a sense of health and wellbeing for all of our wonderful neighbors. We hope to offer classes, workshops and services that nourish our community and it's members.
