What should I take? What should I do?
These are typical questions I've been asked over the last 12 years in medicine, however, the context of some of the questions have obviously changed over the past couple years. 🤯
Most recently, the question has been "What do you do when you're sick and how do you stay healthy?"
I'll let you in on a secret...I sure as heck don't eat chicken soup, take a decongestant and wait it out... that advice is a waste of time and money (in my opinion). 😉
Our family has a strategy.
As my husband's olympic wrestling coach said, "Proper preparation promotes prime performance."
We are prepared in our body, mind and spirit and focus on specific remedies when our bodies are under the weather.
Knowledge is power and now more than ever, we must put focus on healing ourselves and being well.
I know first hand there can be information OVERLOAD leading to confusion and overwhelm.
Then, you find yourself just blindly trying things hoping it works.
The casting a net approach to see what takes isn’t always the best strategy.
In this workshop I want to give you simple and practical must-haves (and must-do's) to support your immune system and build your wellness foundation.
I'll be sharing what I do for myself and my family to help us heal quickly and support our overall well being.
You've got to know how to take care of yourself before illness sets in.
