Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist to join our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and adaptability to patient needs.
Responsibilities required but not limited to the following:
Greet and check-in patients on arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer phones to accommodate new and existing patients
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Perform patient entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide exceptional patient service
Collecting patient payment and applying them correctly
Ensuring Doctor and patient flow remain smooth
Credentials Needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Job Overview
Part Time
Permanent
Shift(s)
Morning 8:15 - 11:45
(and the occasional afternoon coverage on an as needed basis).

This shift could be perfect for a parent, retiree or college student who is looking for part time work
