Japanese Facial was developed to improve one’s health and longevity, emphasizing the prevention of problems rather than curing existing ones. The target of Japanese facial massage is unique – in that it is primarily concerned with the condition of the skin, subcutaneous musculature, what is referred to as ki, or the life-force energy, and to balance psychological conditions. Specific and precise massage, while applying gentle pressure to facial meridians and tsubo (acupoints/acupuncture points) achieves balance in the facial skin, facial muscles and the related body. Balancing the ki flow brings the body and emotions into balance simultaneously.

Years ago I met Ricky Williams, when I began my Access Consciousness Journey -- we were both attendees in several classes together -- he smiled wide when I told him he was both of my boys hero for the 'flying through the air' move!! Who Is Ricky? Ricky Williams is a former American professional football player known for being one of the best running backs of all time -- winning the Heisman Trophy in 1998. He found Access Consciousness right at the end of his career in the NFL and speaks brilliantly about the benefits of Access Bars & Athletes.

Ricky will be a keynote speaker talking about Access Bars for Athletes at one of the largest athletic expos in the CrossFit Industry. This event takes place on May 2, in Brazil at the Copa Sur!
