Studies suggest that there is no difference between still water and carbonated water without additives, so although seltzer water is more acidic, it shouldn’t cause too much damage to your teeth if enjoyed in moderation. Keep your mouth healthy while drinking by ensuring you stay hydrated, swish water around your mouth, drink through a straw, and use a fluoride mouthwash after drinking acidic or sugary beverages.
