Celebrating Clinical Success : Larry Meredith

We are delighted to invite you to join us to congratulate Mr. Larry Meredith on the successful completion of his therapy plan.

Mr. Meredith joined our facility after sustaining a fracture to his right leg. Prior to his discharge from another facility, he experienced a fall, resulting in a fracture to his left leg. Subsequently, he chose Christian Care Center of Bolivar to address his rehabilitation needs.

Through dedicated collaboration with our Broad River Rehab therapist, Mr. Meredith regained muscle strength, standing balance, walking distance, and activity tolerance. He often reminisced about his Hollywood experiences as an actor and singer. Furthermore, Mr. Meredith showcased his musical talents by playing a violin provided by one of our physical therapists. He also enjoyed reflecting on his military background, highlighting the significant differences between past and present.

Our Staff is deeply grateful that Mr. Meredith entrusted us with his rehabilitation and has returned home. We wish him a seamless transition as he continues to explore his talents.
