If your migraines interfere with daily life, it’s time to see a neurologist. Treatment options go far beyond over-the-counter meds.

When we have loved ones with a family history of Alzheimer’s disease, clinical research may open the door to more options. Research studies for Alzheimer’s disease are seeking adults who have NO symptoms of memory loss but want to take an active role in their health. Those who participate will receive:

✅ Study-related screening and care at no cost
✅ Support from a team of research doctors and their healthcare teams
✅ Possible reimbursement for travel + expenses

Nearly 1 in 2 adults in the U.S. has high blood pressure, yet many don’t even know it. Left untreated, it can lead to heart disease, stroke, kidney damage, and more.

At CMH, we’re committed to helping our community take control of their health through education, screening and support. Start to take control with these steps:

- Know your numbers
- Eat heart-healthy
- Stay active
- Manage stress
- Take medications as prescribed
