Just a heads up for everyone. We will be on vacation next week. We will have limited open hours. At this point the shop will be open on Monday the 29th normal hours and Friday the 3rd of Oct with adjusted hours 10-3. Sorry for the inconvience but stay posted here in case we can add days or something else changes.

We are now stocking Daiya non-dairy soy free products! Many of our Alpha Gal, Vegan and Lactose Intolerant friends really love this product line. Kim even made a grilled cheese with some slices and it melts great and tastes delicious.

Our Story

We are locally owned by Kim McNeel long time resident of Polk County. Kim has several certifications including the Certified Natural Health Practitioner (CNHP). We proudly carry a large line of Nature’s Sunshine Premium Products as well as Specialized Homeopathics. You will also find a modest grocery section that keeps the staples in mind when it comes to natural health. People really love our bulk herb section as well as our bulk teas and DIY supplies like beeswax beads, clays and essential oils.

Kim is a certified Zyto Elite and Evox Practitioner and is available for consults to help her clients increase their health. Looking for core issues and working from the inside out is our main mode of operation. We can also help with pesky problems using our various herbal remedies. We love what we do and can’t wait to visit with you!
