I will forever be thankful for this super old armoire I found on marketplace from a gal in Willard .. I dropped everything I was doing that morning to go get it . When you have one of those hunches that you needed to just do it ? That was it .. and that lady who sold it to me was the one , who after some discussion about my storefront I was putting this armoire in , directed me to an amazing lady named Jasmin who owned Roots And Harvest Community Market. That was one of those God things! Ya know those tiny , seemingly insignificant, things that you don’t know at the time why you felt moved to do or say what cha did ? I didn’t really NEED that armoire.. but I needed that connection to Jasmine ! She’s been an unexpected friendship since then . She’s been a mentor and continues to be so . Anytime I talk to her or see her, she inspires me further to what I’m trying to turn this place into .. a farm stop for the Bolivar community to connect all of you to local farm fresh foods without pesticides and still possesses all its nutritional value that is capable of healing your body . Shes always sparking more ideas into me and encourages me to keep going . You know how rare that is, that another business tries to help another business in the same field ? No competition.. no gate keeping .. just a dedicated woman to the food is medicine movement , who is trying to help others make it a known and common concept . She’s given me so much of her time, energy, and knowledge without wanting anything in return! She’s amazing and she’s going to continue doing amazing things . I have a feeling she’s getting ready to set alllllllll of Missouri on fire with passion for this movement. She’s already done so in this area 🫶🏼
