We’re looking for a Patient Safety & Risk Management Coordinator (RN) to join our Quality Department and help elevate patient safety across our entire health system.

Lead risk management + patient safety efforts across CMH’s hospital, 34 clinics, long‑term care facilities, home care, and more.
💡 You’ll handle:
• Safety event reporting
• Regulatory compliance support
• Risk management planning
• Patient grievance resolution
• System‑wide safety initiatives
🎓 Requirements: RN + 5 years risk management experience
