Do you have a friend or loved one you’re thinking about this Valentine’s Day? Consider sending some love! The Activities department will be taking orders for mini rose bouquets and teddy bears! Both are $10. Bundle and get a mini bouquet, teddy bear, AND a box of chocolates for just $20! If you’re shopping for a Parkview resident, orders will be delivered on Valentine’s Day (February 14th). If you’re shopping for someone else, orders will be available for pickup on February 13th! Cash or payroll deduct only. All proceeds go to the Residents Special Project Fund! Orders MUST be placed by February 9th.💌❤️

Parkview Health Care Facility is a 78 bed skilled nursing facility in Bolivar, Missouri. PVHCF opened its doors in December of 1992.

PVHCF offers numerous amenities including: private and semi-private rooms, restrooms and walk-in showers; flat screen TVs; memory care wing for individuals with dementia; therapy gym for inpatient or outpatient physical, speech and occupational therapy; living rooms with fireplaces, recliners, and flat screen TVs; courtyards and gazebo; full-service salon; dining room with individualized meal planning; private family areas and library; daily planned activities; bird aviary; 24-hour security system; and Wi-Fi.

Parkview’s mission is to provide you or your special loved one with personalized healthcare, whether the need be for skilled nursing, transitional care, independent living, or dementia/Alzheimer’s care.

Parkview Health Care Facility is a Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation long-term care facility, and is a CMS five-star facility located next to beautiful Dunnegan Memorial Park, near Citizens Memorial Hospital.
