Last week, we said goodbye and good luck to Andrea, Social Service Assistant, as she left Parkview to pursue other opportunities. We are very excited to introduce Karis Merrifield (far left) to the Social Service Department! Karis has her Master's in Social Work and spent several weeks learning from Andrea. She will work mostly with the short-stay residents and their families, but she is available to assist with any questions you may have. Please help us welcome Karis to our team!

Parkview Health Care Facility is a 78 bed skilled nursing facility in Bolivar, Missouri. PVHCF opened its doors in December of 1992.

PVHCF offers numerous amenities including: private and semi-private rooms, restrooms and walk-in showers; flat screen TVs; memory care wing for individuals with dementia; therapy gym for inpatient or outpatient physical, speech and occupational therapy; living rooms with fireplaces, recliners, and flat screen TVs; courtyards and gazebo; full-service salon; dining room with individualized meal planning; private family areas and library; daily planned activities; bird aviary; 24-hour security system; and Wi-Fi.

Parkview’s mission is to provide you or your special loved one with personalized healthcare, whether the need be for skilled nursing, transitional care, independent living, or dementia/Alzheimer’s care.

Parkview Health Care Facility is a Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation long-term care facility, and is a CMS five-star facility located next to beautiful Dunnegan Memorial Park, near Citizens Memorial Hospital.
