Our Pulaski clinic had a great turnout for their Bike/Walk-A-Thon fundraiser to support The Shelter, Inc.! Thank you to everyone who came out to ride and walk with us! Stephanie has been a patient at our Portland clinic multiple times over the years due to various injuries and surgeries. She is currently coming to physical therapy for low back pain after starting a ballroom dancing class. After a few sessions, Stephanie no longer needs surgery!

She is always cheerful and brings lots of energy to the clinic. She loves to sing along with the music playing in the clinic and even throws in a dance move or two! She even brings our team fresh eggs from her chickens. We love having her positivity in the clinic!

We are thrilled to welcome Sarah Grace Todd to our team here in Bolivar! ๐Ÿคฉ

Sarah Grace graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2021. She worked as an Injury Prevention Specialist for a few months before enrolling in PTA school to continue her journey in exercise science.

Fun facts about Sarah Grace:

STAR Physical Therapy is grateful to serve Bolivar, Hardeman County, and the surrounding area! Each year, as a way to give back, we select an organization to fundraise for and support as part of our annual clinic challenge. This year is a little different, with each clinic choosing its own charity or local organization to support.

When it came time for our clinic to choose a charity partner to support, our staff unanimously agreed to keep it local and support our community! ๐Ÿซถ

This past April, our neighbors in Grand Junction and Selmer (where we have a sister clinic) were devastated by EF3 tornadoes, directly impacting many of our STAR patients and their families. At that moment, we knew our mission had to be right here at home. That's why we have chosen to partner with the Hardeman County Loaves and Fishes Food Bank. ๐Ÿค

What we didn't expect was that the Hardeman County Loaves and Fishes Director would soon become part of the STAR family as one of our patients! ๐Ÿ’™

Loaves and Fishes is a non-profit organization that provides Hardeman County families in need with food for short-term assistance.

Our goal is simple: Partner with the people of Hardeman County to grow Loaves and Fishes Food Bank so that no one in our community goes hungry. We are accepting monetary donations and nonperishable canned or boxed foods to support the Hardeman County Support Loaves and Fishes Food Bank. You can drop off your donations at our clinic at 1700 West Market Street, Suite F & G, Bolivar, TN 38008.
