Introducing Reset Sundays starting September 14th!
Every Sunday we’ll have a specialty class to help end your weekend and start your week with a gentle approach! Each class is a great counter to all of the classes we offer throughout the week and we encourage you to give each a try.
Classes start at 5:30PM.
Second Sunday:
SPA Yoga (75 min) with Amy & Jenyuine (alternating teacher each month)
SPA yoga is a 75-minute slow-flow practice that combines physical movement with sensory experiences like candlelight, music, and aromatherapy to promote deep relaxation. The practice includes hands-on assists, massages, and guided meditation, aiming to leave students feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
Third Sunday:
Restorative Yoga + Reiki (75 min) with Dolly & Stefanie
Relax and unwind with Restorative Yoga + Reiki. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that helps calm the sympathetic nervous system so the parasympathetic nervous system can take over, allowing the body to deeply relax and heal. Each reclined pose is supported with various props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc). Each posture will be held for 5-7 minutes (or more!) to allow students to deeply settle into the supported pose. The relaxation and openness of restorative yoga perfectly prepares the body to experience Reiki energy healing. Reiki is the belief that vital energy flows through your body. While holding the poses, each student will experience the gentle touch of Reiki to help guide energy in a way that promotes balance and healing. Mild heated class.
Fourth Sunday:
Yin Yoga (60 min) with Christine
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the deeper tissues of the body, such as the connective tissues, through long-held, passive poses. By holding these poses for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes, yin yoga encourages flexibility, relaxation, and inner stillness.
