Save the dates for our Winter Open House happening January 23-25!

We will be kicking off our winter open house with free classes starting Friday, January 23 at 6PM with Flow to Restore.

Our open house is a great way to experience all of the classes we offer on a weekly basis. We have classes ranging for Hot 26/2 to Inferno Hot Pilates. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone!

Join Brenda for Pranayama and Meditation on Sunday, January 11th, 4PM!

This one-hour themed workshop will begin with Savayatra, a guided body scanning exercise designed to induce a deep state of emotional, physical, and mental relaxation.

Next, you will experience various breathwork techniques that serve as a mechanism to alleviate stress and connect with your inner wisdom. The session will conclude with a body scan called Nyasa, which directs awareness to energy centers throughout the body by focusing on sensations or imagined light in these areas.

This class is about letting go, so approach it with an open mind and allow your breath to guide you.

We have two classes November 27, Thanksgiving morning:

7AM: Hot 26/2 (60min) w/ Tatiana
8AM: Inferno Hot Pilates: Gratitude Gauntlet (75min) w/ Faith

Modified schedule on November 28th, Black Friday (also, be on the lookout for our Black Friday special!):

Normal morning classes on Saturday & Sunday.
