As a certified health and wellness coach, I help people make peace with their plates, discover how delicious real food can be, and build mindful and intuitive practices that support whole-body wellness. I don’t create diets, meal plans, or rules. Instead, we will explore your goals and lifestyle and incorporate habits that nourish your mind, body, and soul.
If you begin by understanding what’s really motivating you, beyond the number on the scale, you’ll find that incremental, sustainable changes can yield big results. In Lisa Dahl Wellness coaching programs, workshops, and membership community, you will learn to free yourself from the "all or nothing" mindset as you take steps toward your wellness goals.
