Starting November 3rd, Cultivate Care Farms is excited to announce therapy sessions for adults between 9am-1pm Mondays through Fridays.

📢 Announcement 📢

Since 2019, Cultivate Care Farms has observed and researched the benefits of Farm-Based Therapy on both children and adolescents. This research has shown an increase in positive mood by spending time on the farm with animals for not only children, but adults as well. Given previous requests to see adults, and the time and space we have for therapeutic treatment during the school day, we are excited to welcome people of all ages to CCF.

Adult clients will also benefit from hands-on engagement, mindfulness strategies, and the sustainable practices of Farm-Based Therapy. Spending time outside, in connection with the earth and the animals will leave clients feeling more hopeful, more motivated, and more grounded. Farm-Based Therapy can be a great supplement to other forms of therapy, or it can be a new approach to receiving effective therapeutic treatment.
