I had the absolute honor of supporting my sister-in-law as she welcomed her beautiful new baby into the world. 💛 It was such a powerful reminder of why I do this work. I'm home now and back to taking clients—refreshed, inspired, and so grateful. Let’s connect! 💫

🚗💨 Doula on the move! I'm officially out of town for a very special birth — the only family I've ever packed a bag and traveled for! 💼👶

When your people call and say, “It’s baby time,” you don’t ask questions — you just grab the birth bag, your snacks (very important), and hit the road.

Feeling so honored to support this amazing family again — because when you’re that close, distance doesn't matter. 💛

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve successfully completed 24 hours of continuing education in Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) for the hips, lower back, and abdomen!

SMRT is a cutting-edge, gentle, and highly effective bodywork technique that helps release muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility with minimal discomfort. This means faster relief and longer-lasting results for my clients—especially those experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort, chronic pain, or postural imbalances.
