🚨 Summer Cycle Starts June 1st at Elite SP! 🚨
This summer we are opening up training Monday–Friday at 7AM. Every athlete has the ability to come DAILY throughout the week.
For athletes sticking to 2–3 days/week, our main lifting days will be:
💥 Tuesday
💥 Wednesday
💥 Thursday
Monday and Friday will continue to focus heavily on speed, agility, movement quality, conditioning, mobility, recovery work, and competition-based training — making it easy for athletes training more often to continue building athleticism all summer long.
No matter the sport or experience level, the goal stays the same:
✅ Build strength
✅ Improve speed & movement
✅ Reduce injury risk
✅ Gain confidence
Grades 4th–12th
