Katy Creek Retirement Village is NOW LEASING!

We are a beautiful, peaceful senior community for you or your family member to call home. Serving independent senior residents age 62 or older, we are passionate about providing quality housing and building a comfortable, caring home, as you can see by our spacious, single story grounds and peaceful location. Regular events are held in our spacious community center, and a community library is there for all to share. Rental Assistance is available for those who qualify, and this could result in up to 100% of rent being covered. We also accept Section 8 vouchers, as we are a recognized partner of the Texoma Council of Governments. Please drop by for a tour if you are interested in joining our fine community! Join us for a beginner friendly crochet class with Alyssa! This class will meet on two Saturdays - March 16 & 23 - from 10 am to noon. All supplies included to make a scarf. $40 for members and $50 for non-members. Advanced registration is required. Call us or stop by the center to reserve your spot.
