Good news! Two gentlemen from Frontier spent the entire afternoon until 6pm and got the phones repaired for our clinic! Our thanks go to Brian and Perry! I have confidence in these men that I have missed at Frontier for a long time. Back to normal on Monday morning, 903-583-3191 with rollovers 903-583-3192 and 903-583-3193. 3/12/26 5pm - As an update, Frontier says lines are fixed, trouble ticket closed... Nope not even a little bit. Only line in is 903-583-3192 at the moment. Had to create a new trouble ticket to get someone to return eventually in the distant future. (Deidre Froelich, manager)
