The first time at a new doctor's office can be nerve wracking! We try to take the stress out of things by making it our goal to keep your visit as efficient and comfortable as possible!

Your first appointment:
1) We have brief health history forms and other brief paperwork that can be completed in person OR online to make sure we have the full picture on how to help you! (Give us a call to fill them out before your appointment)📞🛜✨

2) The doctor will take you back to review your health history and any current issues that are limiting you from living life at your best.📝📈🏋️🏄‍♀️⛹️‍♂️🚵‍♀️

3) Dr. Adams will perform a detailed exam specific to you and your spine in order to determine the root causes for any issues 🎯🎯🎯
From here, the doctor may or may not recommend any additional testing (like x-rays) to make sure you get the best treatment possible!🩻🦴🔍

4) If the nature of what may be bothering you doesn't require additional testing/imaging, then you'll get adjusted!!! 😮‍💨
This is what you come to see the chiropractor for! If we can make it happen safely, then we'll take care of you during the same visit!🧑‍⚕️💪

5) Dr. Adams will make any follow-up and home-care recommendations necessary to keep you on track to achieving optimal health through the power of chiropractic care! 🗓️🧠👍

As a side note, please be aware that the office will be closed on: Monday (06/01/2026).

We are happy to announce that we are officially in network with most BCBS plans in Texas! In addition, we have adjusted our processes to be able to bill your health insurance (whatever the company) for your visits!

For other insurance plans, we are still counted as an "out of network" provider. As such, some plans may or may not have chiropractic benefits. We will do our best to verify your benefits before your appointment, but we encourage you to check your health plan or contact your insurer to know for sure if chiropractic care is a covered service.

With these changes, we still aim to keep our self-pay/out-of-network costs affordable going forward for all of our patients (insurance plans or no!).

Also, we will be expanding our clinic hours to include Monday afternoons from 2pm - 6pm starting 03/09/26!

Given the current weather and road conditions, our office will only be open from 12:00pm to 5:00pm tomorrow 01/28, as well as Thursday 01/29, in order to allow for warmer temperatures and improved driving conditions.
All affected appointments will be rescheduled appropriately for the safety of our patients. If you find that your circumstances/drive to the clinic this week may be unsafe, please do not attempt to brave the roads. Simply give us a call and let us know! 903-207-5078

With the holidays rolling in fast, the schedules need some baking!... I mean tweaking!
