April 18, 2026, is the next free clinic. Hours are 9-12. No appointments. First come, first served.

If you are 18, do not have health insurance, and need to see a physician, come to the Holmes County Community Health Clinic on the third Saturday of each month. Doctors, nurses, and other volunteers will be on hand to serve you.

Those serving at the clinic on April 18 will be Amanda Worthington, Destiny Melton, Vickie Bowman, Chanelle Watford, Valerie Sowell, Linda Curci, Randy Bowman, and Beverly Helms. They are there to serve all adults without health insurance who need medical attention.

Saturday, March 21st is the next free clinic. Hours are 9-12. If you are a new patient, be there by 11 a.m. to complete paperwork that is required once each year.

If you do not have health insurance, are 18 years of age or older, and you need to see a physician, join us at 116 West Pennsylvania Ave. in Bonifay, on March 21, 2026.

The volunteers on duty will be Claudia Burns, ARNP; Ivy Montes and Vickie Bowman, Nurses.

Clerical and other volunteers are Valerie Sowell, Polly Wells, Linda Curci, Beverly Helms, and Alex Dickerman, Executive Pastor at First Baptist Bonifay who will pray with the patients.

Get ready to see a health care provider on February 21 at the Holmes County Community Health Clinic. It is located at 116 West Pennsylvania Ave. in Bonifay, Fl.

The clinic serves only adults with no health insurance. No appointments are needed. The clinic operates on a first come, first served basis. Hours are from 9-12 noon. If you have questions call 850 276 9129.

Happy New Year!

The Holmes County Community Health Clinic volunteers wish you one of the healthiest years ever. However, if you do not have health insurance and need to see a physician, they are ready to serve you every third Saturday of each month.

The first clinic of the new year will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026. The hours are 9-12 noon. If you are a new patient, or haven’t completed paperwork in a year, you need to be there by 11.

Several patients have lab orders and need to have their labs drawn in time for the results to reach the clinic prior to January 17th. Doctors Memorial Hospital personnel work closely with HCCHC volunteers to provide for the medical needs of many of the patients. Referrals are also made to specialists in the area when warranted.

The outstanding volunteers who will serve you on Saturday, January 17, 2026, are Mary Solomon, Karen Johnson, Linda Raley, Chanelle Watford, and Deacon John Green.

The last free clinic of 2025 is scheduled for Saturday, December 20th. The hours are 9-12 noon. If you are an adult, do not have health insurance, and need to see a physician, this is your last opportunity of this calendar year.

The Holmes County Community Health Clinic serves adults from beyond the community and even has patients from Alabama.

There are several patients expected to return for a follow up on December 20th, so if you are a new patient be there by 11 a.m. so that you can complete your paperwork.

The excellent volunteers who are looking forward to serving you at the clinic are Mary Solomon, Provider, Amy Kirk, nurse; Shirley Randolph, who will coordinate this clinic; Mary Ivy, Chanelle Watford, Jeremy Solomon, and Rev. Noah Wagner.

We are looking forward to serving many patients on Saturday, November 15th. We have several patients already scheduled to return to see the physician that morning.

If you are a new patient needing to be seen, and you have no insurance, be at the clinic no later than 11 a.m. to complete your paper work.

The wonderful volunteers on duty will be Dr. Leisa Bailey; nurse, Judy Montes; PA, Amanda Worthington; clerical staff, Sharon McRoy, Valerie Sowell, Polly Wells, Alex Dickerman, and others. There will be plenty of volunteers to serve you.

Thanks to the incredible volunteers at the Holmes County Community Health Clinic! Today we served eight patients. Three were brand new. We are always excited to see our returning patients and overjoyed as we add new ones.

Thanks to Mary Solomon who was the medical provider; Amanda Worthington, who is a new provider; Ivy Montes, nurse; Adrianne Clemmons, who is a new nurse with the clinic; Valerie Sowell and Chanelle Watford our clerical volunteers, and Rev. Shelly Chandler, Pastor, Fiirst Baptist Church, Bonifay.

The volunteers thrive on a full clinic, and they serve adults without health insurance. There are at least nine patients who are scheduled to be back in November.

If you have a lab order, be sure you get to Doctors Memorial and get it completed BEFORE November 15.

Thanks to all our volunteers who served and to all our patients who allowed us to serve them.

Would you please share that the next clinic is scheduled for November 15, 2025! If you need to see a physician, join us then. Dr. Leisa Bailey will be the doctor on duty! Judy Montes will be her nurse, and several other volunteers will be there to serve you.

The HCCHC volunteers are looking forward to serving you on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The hours will be 9-12.

New patients are asked to be at the clinic by 11 to complete all necessary paperwork. Returning patients who have lab orders should have them completed in time for the results to be on file at the clinic.

The free clinic is open to all adults who do not have health insurance. Please share this information with anyone who does not have health insurance but who needs to see a health care professional!

The Holmes County Community Health Clinic had a very successful day on Saturday, September 20th. Twelve patients came and six of those were new.

Thanks to Dr. Leisa Bailey, Karen Johnson, Linda Raley, Susan Chitty, Valerie Sowell, Miriam Phillips, and Kinsley Cook for serving at this clinic, which is a ministry of First Baptist Bonifay.

The next clinic will be on October 18th. Hours are 9-12. No appointments are needed. First come, first served. See you then if you are at least 18 years of age and have no health insurance.

Another free clinic on August 16, 2025, for those without health insurance. Hours will be 9-12 noon. No appointments are made. First come, first served.

In July the Holmes County Community Health Clinic was blessed to serve five brand new patients. So, if you do not have health insurance save Saturday, August 16 to see a doctor at 116 West Pennsylvania Avenue in Bonifay, Fl.

The clinic provides an array of medical services, and makes referrals for (and pays for) lab work and certain procedures. It has a contract or agreement with Doctors Memorial Hospital to do these. Other referrals maybe made.

The free community health clinic will be open on Saturday, July 19th. There were 11 patients served in the clinic in June. We are hoping to have that many, or even more, come in July. The volunteers are there to serve you if you do not have health insurance. That is the purpose and mission of the HCCHC.

Hours are 9-12 CST, and new patients need to get there by 11 a.m. Patients who have lab orders should have them completed in time for the results to be faxed to the clinic before Saturday, July 19.

Volunteers on duty on the 19th include Mary Thompson, Judy Montes, Sharon McRoy, Mary Ivey, Alex Dickerman, Oswaldo Saavedra, and Beverly Helms.
