Your girl is officially taking a vacation and a month to reset for the new year — from December 2nd to January 2nd.

I’ve been working hard all year serving Southwest Florida, and now it’s time to slow down, reflect, and pour back into myself so I can return even stronger for my amazing clients.

Our office will be closed during this time, and we will not be taking any appointments while we’re away.

Today, I had the privilege of leading a Fall Prevention + Hydration Talk for one of our amazing senior community 👵🏽👴🏼👵🏻✨

We dove into the real causes of falls — from poor lighting and slippery rugs to something many people overlook: dehydration 💧
