Bonita Beach Yoga Come connect with you mind, body and community on our beautiful Bonita Beach with an All Levels Yoga Class Expect to transition from seated to standing poses.

Class Description:
In this class you will move through beneficial postures to help align, strengthen and become more flexible in the body. All levels are welcomed; as you make sure to modify in this class as necessary. Breath-work and meditation are also integrated to help gain relaxation and focus. Come connect with your mind, body and community! When:
Saturday 8:30am-9:30am
Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early to park, check in and set up

Where:
Meet at the sand volleyball court on Bonita Beach
Bonita Beach Park
27954 Hickory Blvd. Bonita Springs, FL 34134

Bring:
Towel or yoga mat, sunglasses, sun protection and water

Wear:
Comfortable attire that you can move freely in

Parking:
Parking is $2 per hour, with a credit card
Lee County Parking Stickers are not accepted at this park

Class Cost:
$15 per class

Location: Click Bonita Beach Park > Type (no need to put anything, just click enter)> Scroll down to Bonita Beach Yoga and choose your date(s) desired. It will require you to register with Lee County first if you have not already.

**You must have an account with Lee County Parks & Recreation to sign up online. You can also sign up in-person at any Recreation Center in Lee County. To Drop-in for the day, please call 239-533-1470 or visit any Recreation Center in Lee County the day of.

Today we let go of what’s been holding us back, closing doors and chapters that no longer serve us, so we can step into new ones that recognize our true value and worth.

Letting go isn’t easy, sometimes what we release once felt like our entire world. But life is full of unwritten stories and new beginnings. May you always place yourself where you are valued, because through all the chapters and changes, you only have ONE precious life.

Make it your best one, even through the difficult destinations that shape you for the better.

This morning, we let the waves be our music. 🌊

Our intention was to place our energy where it matters most—especially in a storm.

Sometimes, that simply means allowing yourself to rest and receive what the moment has to offer.

For us, as a class that meant soaking in the sound of crashing waves, feeling the sea breeze, and being kissed by gentle raindrops at the end.

What a beautiful morning where we got to enjoy the break in rain. Thank you to everyone who showed up with an open heart!

Some of the most memorable classes have been when nature surprised us-misty mornings, cloud openings and cozy grays. 🌤️ Every class brings something special, and we’re so excited for the possibility of flowing together tomorrow! 🧘‍♀️🧘

Our next Beach Yoga Pop-Up is set to happen tomorrow (Saturday July 5th) at 8:30am.☀️🌊 We’ll make the final call at 7:30am on our story, so be sure to check in before heading out.

Let’s cross our fingers for a beautiful break in the weather so we can soak up the feels of seaside movement together. 🤍
