Awareness…
Today’s focus.
While awareness is woven into every class, today we chose to magnify it—to truly understand this powerful mind-body tool.
There is so much beauty and life all around us.
When we slow down, we begin to heighten our senses—tuning into what we see, smell, taste, hear, and feel. With that awareness comes choice… how we experience life, and how we move forward within it.
Sometimes yoga can be labeled as “woo-woo” because of how magical it feels. And in a way—that’s true. It does create a more elevated, almost euphoric experience.
But that magic isn’t by chance.
It comes from presence. From awareness. From learning how to truly take it all in—and then consciously channel it.
That’s the practice.
I hope you take more moments to look around and within you more often.
