Not because you’re doing anything wrong…
but because you’re carrying the whole day with you to bed.
I see this all the time.
You push through the day, take care of everything…
and then at night, you’re tired—but your mind is still racing.
So here’s a simple way to wind down tonight 🤍
✨ Put your phone away for a bit
✨ Think of 2–3 things that went well today
✨ Have something light and calming
✨ Write down what you need to do tomorrow
✨ Go to bed a little earlier
✨ Let go of what didn’t go perfectly
✨ Remind yourself: I did my best today
That’s it. Nothing complicated.
You don’t need a perfect routine…
just a calmer ending to your day.
