Thinking about booking a XERF treatment? ✨ Getting the best “structural tightening” results starts before you even walk through our doors!
To ensure your session is safe and effective, here is your pre-treatment checklist:
• Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Drink at least 64oz of water daily for 2–3 days prior. RF energy works best in well-hydrated tissue!
• Clean Slate: Arrive with a clean face—no makeup, lotions, or perfumes.
• The Skincare “Pause”: Stop using active ingredients like Retin-A, Retinols, or high-percentage Vitamin C 3–5 days before your visit.
• Sun Safety: Avoid tanning beds and excessive sun for 1 week prior. We want your skin calm and happy, not irritated!.
• No Metal: Be prepared to remove all jewelry and piercings in the treatment area.

Founded on faith, the idea of The Rolling Stone MedSpa blossomed the moment the owner decided to take “the leap” & fully place her career’s future into God’s hands. With her heart wide open to helping the community, the passion to establish a medspa that is “Beauty Focused. Cause Driven.” grew within her. Not knowing how the pieces would fall together, she trusted God to make a way. And that’s exactly what He did. The Rolling Stone MedSpa simply became, what she calls, “A God Story”.

The Rolling Stone, in and by itself, symbolizes “strength that moves forward”.

Taking on a very personal meaning for the owner, she says, “Anyone who really knows me will understand the great significance found within this expression”.
