Join us for an immersive and relaxing Sound Bath with Ahry Holmes of , followed by 2026 Vision Board crafting to create inspiration, goals, and intention for the new year.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for the sound bath.

All materials will be provided for the vision boards, but feel free to bring any of your own magazines or items.

We’re taught to push for change, not prepare for it.

Preparation isn’t pressure.

It’s making things a little easier
for the version of you that wakes up tomorrow.

It might look like resting.
Clearing space.
Choosing one small rhythm you can return to when it’s hard.

Motivation doesn’t come first.
Support does.

Your nervous system needs safety before it can adapt.
That’s why preparation matters more than resolution.

January doesn’t need force.
It needs consistency that feels safe.

But your nervous system doesn’t know the difference between wonder and overwhelm.

This is your reminder to come back home to yourself.

Because it is. And it always has been.

This gentle flow is how I remind my brain who I am before I step into a day of caring for others — slow, grounded, present, intentional.
It’s how I clear what’s not mine, settle my energy, and choose the version of myself I want leading the day.

Try your own 30-second ritual.

It doesn’t need a dowel or a kettlebell — just your breath, your spine, your presence.
Ground your feet, move with intention, and ask yourself:

‘Who am I in my body right now… and who do I choose to be?’

Then tell me below —
Who did you show up as today?

Your nervous system is speaking to you all day long… but most of us only notice it when it’s screaming.

A 10-second check-in changes that.

When you pause and ask your body,
“What do you need right now?”
you activate the part of your brain wired for awareness, regulation, and intention — not survival mode.

In those few seconds, your system shifts from:
🔹 autopilot → presence
🔹 tension → information
🔹 reacting → responding

And when you listen, the answers are usually simple:
rest, strength, water, breath, connection, kindness…

This is how your brain learns safety.
This is how your body learns efficiency.
This is how strength becomes something you feel, not force.

Try it with me:
