We are looking to hire Direct Care Staff (DCS) for Counties, including Jefferson County, St. Francios County, Phelps County and Gasconade County.

DCS work with individuals with disabilities in their homes in the community. DCS assist the individuals with daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning, activities of daily living, assisting them into their community for hobbies/interests and needed appointments etc.

On the job training provided, such as
1. CPR/First Aide
2. Level 1 Med Aide

Benefits:
1. Health Insurance benefits available after 90 days of consecutive employment.
2. Weekend pay differential of $2.00 more an hour.
3. Simple IRA (Retirement plan) available after 1 consecutive year of employment.

Requirements:
1. Hiset/GED/H.S. Diploma.
2. Reliable vehicle with car insurance.

Characteristics Preferred: High energy, people person, patient, dependable, honest, good communication skills, team player and reliable.
