Friday, July 25th was my last night sleeping at the farm. I was up early, and sat outside on our rock garden to take in the beauty before we started moving.

I am grateful for this amazing adventure that we had!!

A baby chick and beautiful flowers!

Rose and I went on a little walk this morning—she wanted to take pictures of the flowers to show her sisters, and I snapped a photo of a baby chick in the barn so she wouldn’t have to climb up to see it.
We made it inside just before the rain started!

One of our chickens has been laying on her eggs (and some other eggs, because when she gets up the other chickens lay in her nest)

One of the eggs hatched yesterday and we have a new tiny addition to the farm!!

Things are looking up financially, but could still use some assistance and business.

Every day is an egg hunt!! 🥚

This morning, I was on the bus and found an egg in one of the bunks…during a couple of the recent storms the doors blew open, when I closed the doors none of the animals were in there. Apparently, a chicken snuck in while the door was open and left breakfast!! 🍳
