It is with heavy hearts that we announce that we will be closing our Off Grid Doc practice. June 30, 2025 will be our last day to serve the patients of our practice. We hope to make this transition to a new provider as seamless as possible. It is important that you continue with appropriate medical care; therefore, you should establish contact with another provider as soon as possible.

Please rest assured that our office will remain available until June 30, 2025 to consult with your new provider to promote a smooth transition and continuity of care. After the close of our practice, signed, requests for copies of medical records can be directed to our office at 514857 Highway 95, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805, email office@offgriddoc.com, or fax 208-225-5622. We can either mail or fax them to you.
