YOGA CLASS - DOWNTOWN BF!
Wednesdays from 10am-11:30am up the stairs above 'This Old Trunk'.

If you are looking for a mid-week respite from the stress of daily life, you are welcome to join my weekly yoga class. It is a low-key yoga class focused on relaxation, balance and light stretching for overall health and wellbeing. Appropriate for young and old alike. Yoga mats and blocks are available, so no need to bring your own.

I will be adding an evening class soon as Fall rapidly approaches.
