Prior to COVID 19, Noble had begun partnering with Hospitals, Home Heath agencies and collaborating with community physicians to provide what we now call “GAP Care”—supporting patients at highest risk of medical complications Post discharge from a hospital or Skilled Nursing setting. With the advent of Telehealth, Noble’s vision of bridging the gap of care for those most in need has reduced hospital readmissions, improved outcomes, and helped optimize limited resources to provide concierge level care without the concierge prices. And while we’re still providing this general medical care, we are actively expanding our Behavioral Health Services and Medically Assisted Treatment of opioid addiction, which has become a passion to help relieve those struggling during an ongoing deadly crisis in America. I am pleased to announce an exciting change in our leadership structure, effective immediately.

It is with great pride and confidence that I announce the promotion of Colleen Swenson from her role as Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer of Noble Physicians. Colleen has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in her decade of service with us, and I am certain she will excel in this new position.

As part of this transition, I will be stepping down from my role as CEO. I will continue to serve on the management team and retain my position as Executive Chair of the Noble Physicians Board, allowing me to focus more directly on our medical operations and patient care. While my day-to-day responsibilities are shifting, my commitment to and stake in Noble Physicians remains unchanged.

This restructuring will enhance our operations and position us for future growth. Under Colleen’s leadership, we plan to add additional support to our team, ensuring improved patient care and streamlined workflows.

I am confident that this change will bring new energy and perspectives to our organization while maintaining the core values and mission that have always guided Noble Physicians.
