At Hot Yoga of Bonney Lake, we believe that the practice of Yoga gives all of us a way to discover and become our deepest and truest selves; both inside and out! As our bodies and minds become freer, lighter and more at ease, our trust in ourselves deepens and we awaken to our true nature. We find ease and comfort even through a challenging practice and learn to cultivate awareness. With the guidance of our Yoga Alliance Certified Instructors, students we use mindfulness and the power of their breath to explore our edge.
