They joined us early on Monday morning, dressed up for "Pajama Day," and brought fresh biscuits from Bojangles along with a variety of juices to ensure a fantastic start to our week. The residents of Deerfield Ridge have been busy this week crafting colorful ribbon dancers to be tucked inside our Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes! Each one is made with love and is sure to bring joy to children around the world. 🎀✨

We are also collecting items for our shoebox drive and would love for our community to join us in this mission of giving. If you’d like to donate supplies, please drop them off at Deerfield Ridge — together we can make a difference, one shoebox at a time! 📦

The Town of Boone Police Department, WAMY Community Action, Watauga Humane Society (with a sweet, gorgeous puppy!), and local volunteer dogs, Cooper and Sugar, partnered with us to host a fun-filled "Dog Days of Summer" event for Deerfield Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care.

Residents gathered out front to share a beautiful sunshine-filled day, petted furry friends, laughed a lot, and enjoyed delicious hot dogs with all the fixings. Thank you to all who made today so special!💙
