🌙 Bedtime Meditation: A Tranquil End to Your Day 🌙

As you wind down in the evening, a bedtime meditation can be the perfect way to release the day's stress and prepare for a restful night's sleep.

10-Minute Body Scan: Lie down comfortably in your bed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Spend 10 minutes scanning your body from head to toe, relaxing each muscle as you go. This practice can help you release physical tension and drift into a peaceful slumber.

5-Minute Gratitude Journaling: Before turning out the lights, jot down three things you're grateful for from the day. This practice shifts your focus to positive moments, easing your mind into a state of contentment.

3-Minute Breathing Exercise: Sit up in bed with your eyes closed. Inhale deeply for a count of four, hold for four, and exhale for four. Repeat this pattern for three minutes. It's a simple but effective way to calm your mind and signal to your body that it's time to rest.
