It’s Amanda’s big day and we are so proud of her! Amanda has been such a huge asset to our team and we’re so grateful to get to keep her post graduation. She’s usually the one behind the scenes bringing our Instagram to life, and today we get to celebrate her. Amanda is deeply passionate about perinatal mental health and supporting moms through some of life’s most tender seasons, and we cannot wait to watch her continue to grow into the incredible therapist we already know she is. 🎓✨

We’re entering a new era over here at Life in Bloom!

This practice started in 2021 with the goal of helping folks heal their relationship with food and their bodies in a diet-obsessed world. That foundation isn’t going anywhere.

But a lot has shifted since those early days, and this rebrand reflects that.

As our team has grown, so has the work we’re able to do. We’re still deeply rooted in body image and eating disorder support, but we’re also making space for other seasons that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.

Things like trying to conceive, pregnancy and postpartum, trauma, and navigating who you are in the middle of it all.

Because at the end of the day, the thread running through all of it is the same. Feeling out of touch with your body, your identity, or your sense of self.

Our work is still about helping you come back to yourself and learn to trust your body again

Now with more room for your full story

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, you’re not alone. We’re here when you’re ready 🤍

Mother Nature doesn’t rush her seasons, and she doesn’t apologize for the weathered bark that carried her through the winter. 🏔️🌱

Just like this tree, your body image is a living, breathing history of everything you’ve survived. Cultivating a balanced relationship with yourself means honoring the “weathered” parts—the resilience, the changes, and the scars—while still holding space for your next season of blooming.

At Life in Bloom, we believe that body image isn’t about perfection; it’s about finding the steady, internal safety that allows you to stand tall in every season. 💗

You don’t have to love your body to treat it with respect.
You don’t have to feel confident, beautiful, or empowered every day to deserve care.
⁣
Respecting your body isn’t about how you feel about it—it’s about how you treat it.
Resting when you’re tired. Eating when you’re hungry. Speaking to yourself with kindness, even on the hard days.
⁣
If you’re tired of battling your body and ready to try something different, we’re here to support you.

Hi, I’m Julia Beron, LCSWA — therapist, lifelong book lover, and firm believer that you deserve support that sees all of you, not just your symptoms.

Living with a chronic illness or disability can feel incredibly isolating. I know what it’s like to navigate a world that often isn’t accessible and to have your emotional needs overlooked while others focus only on your physical health. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a warm, inclusive space where you feel truly seen, safe, and supported.

I work with folks navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, health-related fears, depression, and relationship challenges — especially those who are chronically ill, disabled, or caregivers.

Whether you’re managing complex health issues, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply looking for a place to process without judgment, you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply informed by both my clinical training in Psychology and Social Work, and my personal journey with Charcot Marie Tooth and Type 1 diabetes.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and help you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your hope.

Around here, we believe in imperfection, iced coffee, and that food is fuel (and joy). You were put on this planet for a reason—and you’re worthy of care, exactly as you are.
