Thank you to the wonderful members of the Boone, Iowa Rotary Club for inviting me to speak about the Eastern Star Masonic Home Wellness Center this past Wednesday!

It was such a pleasure sharing more about our mission, the importance of movement at every age and how we’re helping our community stay stronger, healthier and more confident through fitness and wellness.

I’m always grateful for opportunities to connect with others who care so deeply about making a positive impact in the community. Thank you for the warm welcome!
