**Snuggle Sanctuary**
Snuggle Sanctuary is a workshop and fun social event that provides a safe, non-sexual setting to explore communication, boundaries, and nurturing touch. Safe touch enhances your ability to connect with and trust people, your capacity to respect and care for yourself, your creativity, and your sense of safety, comfort, and belonging. Infants who are deprived of touch fail to thrive, and we never outgrow that need.
In today’s high-tech low-touch society, we especially crave the authentic connection, deep listening,and nurturing touch that we were born to receive. Though touch is natural, the skills that make it welcome and enjoyable sometimes need to be learned and practiced ~ skills of communication, expressing boundaries, asking for what you want, and saying ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ with clarity and kindness. **My workshops and sistership circle gatherings provide a forum for discussion and un-learning around how we as women engage in our social, professional, and intimate relationships, exploring what our responsibility is and what it is not, and how to find our core, feel our power, and speak our truth. It is a space to share our stories, our woundings and our victories, to explore giving and receiving nurturing, welcome, consensual touch, and to practice asking for what we want and saying Yes and No from our empowered core in an environment that upholds personal boundaries and mutual respect. This conversation and the healing and reparative experiences that result are so deeply needed in our culture and society. In order to change the patterns of dysfunction and abuse that are so prevalent, we must begin by honoring ourselves, know how to ask for what we want, and have the strength and courage to say No to what doesn't feel right. Happy Full Moon!

As I feel the seasons beginning to shift again towards a quieter more internal time, I am feeling ready to offer another series of my Expressive Arts Processing Journey.

Who's with me?!?!

This will be a 6 session ZOOM series, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's, November thru January, 7:30-9pm EST

Cost is $111, $222, or $333 depending on your abundance!

What is Expressive Arts Processing?
A guided art meditation journey that offers a container for you to process and share your emotions and experiences thru intuitive artistic expression.

**You do not have to be an "artist" to participate!!!**

This offering is open to all folx seeking to find emotional, creative, and spiritual connection and support through artistic expression.

All you need to start is a journal or piece of paper and whatever art supplies you have on hand ~ markers, crayons, colored pencils, paints, pastels ~ whatever you got!

A special "starter kit" will be sent out to the first 5 people to register 😘

We will meet every other week via Zoom to connect with ourselves and each other with a check-in circle, share an opening grounding practice attuned to the current moon phase, followed by a guided meditation journey and Expressive Arts Processing time, then debrief in small groups and together as a whole circle.

The last round of this offering filled up within a few hours and we had a beautiful strong sisterhood who journeyed together for 6 months. I'm offering a briefer, 3 month version this time so that it's not such a big commitment. But I'm also anticipating offering an in-person Expressive Arts Processing weekend retreat here at my new property ~ Sweetwater Escape ~ in February for those that have been a part of these Zoom Journeys!

The healing path is an ever-evolving one, and mine has led me from student to teacher ~ I have facilitated hundreds of group workshops and worked with thousands of individual clients over the past 10+ years, and I have continued to learn and add new tools to my toolkit of offerings all along the way.

The Way Within Mentorship Journey has been born out of my desire to integrate the most essential parts of my lifelong healing practice and journey into one signature offering and share them with you!

My offering arises from a place of integrated experience and devoted self-exploration.

What I want you to know is that I have been there. I have walked the path that I now offer to walk with you.
