🕷️ Tick Talk: Stay Safe Outdoors! 🌲☀️
As the weather warms up and we spend more time outside, ticks become more active. These tiny pests can carry diseases like Lyme disease, so it’s important to protect yourself and your loved ones.

✅ Wear long sleeves and pants when hiking or in grassy/wooded areas
✅ Use insect repellent with DEET or permethrin
✅ Do a full-body tick check after coming indoors
✅ Shower soon after being outside to wash off any unattached ticks
✅ Keep your yard tick-safe by mowing regularly and clearing brush
