Offering private yoga sessions at your home, rental or business in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.

There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to yoga. Each session is tailored to your group's particular makeup and needs, delivered from the ease and comfort of your location (within 30 minutes of Boone). Upon booking, I will gather information about your group to better design your experience. You can choose between 60, 75 or 90 minute yoga, breathwork, and/or meditation sessions at your desired intensity level. You provide the space and I'll bring the rest: mats, props, candles, music, lavender compresses, etc.
