Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation Center Over the years, many changes have occurred, including the name of our facility.

Glenbridge Health & Rehabilitation of Boone, NC, has been a provider of skilled and intermediate nursing services to Watauga county and surrounding communities since 1977. Formerly known as Watauga Nursing Center and most recently as Glenstone Health Care, we are building a bridge to our future with a new name, new facility and new services. In the midst of all our changes, one vital aspect remains constant, our commitment to provide high quality care to the residents we serve. In order to provide a comfortable and supportive environment, we offer a variety of programs that strive to meet the needs of individuals who may require our services for rehabilitation or long term care.
