Come join us tomorrow night at the hive coalition in the downtown Boone. 710 story st. Boone iowa. We are having an ALL ages performance show fundraiser. All net proceeds will go toward help Boone Iowa Pride. The show starts at 8pm. Come early to get a seat. Snacks n water will be provided. If there is anything else you want to eat n drink, please feel free.

It's raising $$, awareness, n finding more humans that walk the same paths.

While i have been benched from a hip replacement, Ian has added a few things to my therapy room to help make it more efficient

I feel like I want to start getting clients back on the books. I'm going to start slow at first. Maybe 1hr session client a day.
My second post op visit is middle of jan. I'm getting stronger n working on my gait, balance n etc.
But, I'd like to atleast start booking clients for next week, possibly.
If interested, please let me know.

9 days out of hip surgery. Everything is going as well as expected. My caregiver in life, Ian, is taking much great care of my well-being. I'm starting to do my required Excercises n next week start PT n post surgery appt.
