There is finally a growing understanding of emotionally and physically toxic contexts -- community culture, work culture, online bullying, environmental catastrophes, transgenerational poverty and all the "-isms," etc. We all have to be aware of all the layers (even though it's a lot) and choose the part of change work that we can manage, trusting that others will do other parts, and supporting each other as we can.

It's all important, from individual change work to global efforts, and all the levels in between.
