In this whole discussion of the corona virus, the statistics, the downfalls; I have never seen any statement about the strength of the human immune system. Our body does, without prompting, quadrillion different kinds of activities a day. Regulating the immune system is one of them. We are constantly surrounded with bacterias and viruses, yet most people are able to maintain balance and not get affected and sick. Yes there are some folks that are weakened, but it is not the majority.

Make your system stronger.
1. AVOID SUGAR! It weakens the immune system
2. Eat a diet rich in veggies and proteins and some fruits.
3. Pray, meditate it strengthens the immune system.
4 Feel joy, laugh and find happiness in each day ( It increases T Helper cells 17, which counteracts the effects of inflammation and disease)
5. Supplement with Vitamin D, A and glutathione.
6. Rest and sleep
7. Exercise

30 years in practice this week!!! I still love what I do! I am thankful to God that allows me to be able to do it every day! There are still a lot of people not feeling well and hurting. If you are one of them, come on in! We might be able to help!

This is the season when people consider doing a cleanse and there are a lot of options out there. If you had issues with your bowels ( you know who you are!) I would suggest a cleanse that would help repair the lining of the guts. Much research has been done on "leaky guts" in recent years! It has been a nebulous subject, but the main stream medical has confirmed the existence of such problems. The program designed by the company Apex Energetics and called "Repairvite" is very efficient at dealing with leaky guts.
If you are interested in cleansing your liver, the "Clearvite" protocol is a better option.
Get informed prior to plunging into those protocols. You will have better results.

Attending a seminar on SIBO which reveals itself with bloating after the meals, abdominal pain and intestinal upset. FINALLY!!
