In this whole discussion of the corona virus, the statistics, the downfalls; I have never seen any statement about the strength of the human immune system. Our body does, without prompting, quadrillion different kinds of activities a day. Regulating the immune system is one of them. We are constantly surrounded with bacterias and viruses, yet most people are able to maintain balance and not get affected and sick. Yes there are some folks that are weakened, but it is not the majority.
Make your system stronger.
1. AVOID SUGAR! It weakens the immune system
2. Eat a diet rich in veggies and proteins and some fruits.
3. Pray, meditate it strengthens the immune system.
4 Feel joy, laugh and find happiness in each day ( It increases T Helper cells 17, which counteracts the effects of inflammation and disease)
5. Supplement with Vitamin D, A and glutathione.
6. Rest and sleep
7. Exercise
