That’s right- we love taking our practice outside. There’s nothing more healing than spending time fully immersed in nature, and our retreat this August at The Hawk & Hawthorne gives you the permission to do just that. Yes, the entire weekend is 100% outdoors!🌞

The only time you’ll feel remotely close to being indoors is when showering or using the restrooms in the barn!😋

Our main yoga, activity, and dining space is an open-air, fully covered deck off the barn overlooking the farm. We’ve been on the deck during a full-on rainstorm and honestly there’s nothing more revitalizing🪷

When you step foot onto the farm, the meaning of the word ‘retreat’ becomes clear. We are so excited to share this time away with you💚

We ❤️ Valerie! And we’ve got an awesome opportunity for you to join her in this special self-care workshop all about relieving tension in the muscles and fascia through the self massage techniques you’ll learn in this class❤️

This is an all-levels class - no previous yoga or massage experience is necessary.

We provide the therapy balls to use for the session and we also have plenty of yoga mats for use if you do not bring your own.
