We’ve had an absolute blast celebrating this season with you all! Celebrating the winter solstice through yoga, food, and sound was so nourishing & seeing all of y’all show up for the holiday classes and embrace the special offerings has been such a treat!

Check out our December Schedule! It runs through Sunday, Dec 21 and then we’ll have a Holiday Schedule from Dec 22-Jan 1. Stay tuned!❄️

This month we are introducing COZY classes! Our cozy classes will be heated to 78 degrees to, well, keep you nice and cozy🤗

Our warm classes are still heated to 90 degrees and any class that is not labeled warm or cozy is still about 72 degrees.

We look forward to practicing with you this month!🫶

Now that it’s getting colder out and we’ve had our first snow, it’s time to get something warm on the calendar to look forward to! Come retreat with us to Dominical, Costa Rica at Danyasa this March!☀️🏝️
